Project Control Section Head

OVERALL PURPOSE:

The Project Controls Section Head has the responsibility for managing the project control section, establishing all its processes and procedures to control the cost and schedule for ongoing projects.

KEY ACCOUNTS:

1. Control projects progress and cost.
2. Develop and maintain a complete register for projects status.
3. Develop monitoring tools and report incompliance.
4. Coordinate with the scheduling section with regard to projects schedules.
5. Monitor the projects cash flow and available funds.
6. Analyze project performance data to identify risks and issues early.
7. Prepare and maintain Entity portfolio cost report, showing budget for each project, forecast commitments and actual costs.
8. Ensure that all projects update the monthly dashboards, consistent with NWC’s guidelines.
9. Reviewing, validating, and consolidating project monthly dashboards and reports highlighting any concerns.
10. Carry out any other tasks requested by the direct manager or the superior that are within the limits of the job, provided that this task does not make a fundamental difference in the basic tasks of the job.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor's degree only in Civil Engineering or Industrial Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.

MINIMUM EXPERIENCE:

+ 8 Years
