Job description
We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Professional Systems Engineer to join our Engineering and Commercial team. This role bridges the gap between our technical R&D capabilities and our commercial objectives, ensuring that advanced technological solutions meet client needs and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will possess deep knowledge in AI, Robotics, IoT, Industrial Control Systems, Blockchain, Medical Devices, ICT, and Encryption, combined with excellent customer-facing skills. They will be adept at developing and presenting comprehensive proposals that align with both client requirements and company goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Deep Expertise in Key Technologies: Utilize deep knowledge of AI, Robotics, IoT, Industrial Control Systems, Blockchain, Medical Devices, ICT, and Encryption to develop and enhance innovative solutions. Stay updated with the latest advancements and trends in these technologies to ensure our solutions remain cutting-edge and competitive.
Technology Research & Integration: Conduct in-depth research to identify and evaluate appropriate hardware and software technologies. Integrate selected technologies into cohesive solutions that address client and project requirements. Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends to drive continuous innovation.
Engineering & Commercial Collaboration: Work closely with the R&D team to support the development of new products and solutions. Collaborate with the commercial team to align technical solutions with business objectives and market demands. Enhance existing solutions to ensure they remain competitive and ahead of market trends.
Proposal Development: Develop comprehensive technical and commercial proposals tailored to client needs. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to ensure proposals are competitive and aligned with company capabilities. Ensure proposals effectively communicate the value proposition and technical advantages to clients.
Client Engagement & Relationship Management: Serve as the primary technical liaison for clients, understanding their requirements and expectations. Present solutions to clients, effectively communicating complex technical concepts in an understandable manner. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring ongoing satisfaction and identifying opportunities for additional business.
Solution Engineering & Integration: Engineer end-to-end solutions, ensuring seamless integration of various technological components. Manage the technical aspects of projects from conception through implementation and support. Ensure solutions are scalable, reliable, and meet both technical and commercial requirements.
Lifecycle Management: Apply knowledge of Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) and Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) to oversee the development and deployment of solutions. Ensure that all projects adhere to established ALM and PLM processes.
Quality Standards: Implement and uphold quality standards across all projects and solutions. Conduct quality assurance and compliance checks to meet industry and regulatory requirements.
Documentation: Develop and maintain detailed technical and commercial documentation for all projects and solutions. Ensure documentation is clear, comprehensive, and accessible to relevant stakeholders.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Computer, or related field).
Experience: 8-10 years of experience in systems engineering, R&D, commercial engineering, or a similar role. Proven track record of integrating advanced technologies into successful solutions. Experience in customer-facing roles, including proposal development and client presentations.
Technical Expertise:
Deep knowledge of AI, Robotics, IoT, Industrial Control Systems, Blockchain, Medical Devices, ICT, and Encryption.
Proficiency in processor-level engineering and optimization.
Strong understanding of ALM and PLM methodologies.
Skills:
Excellent research and analytical skills with the ability to identify and implement appropriate technologies.
Strong problem-solving abilities and innovative thinking.
Exceptional documentation and technical writing skills.
Ability to develop and present professional technical and commercial proposals.
