Work with a team of FM Consultants supporting a client on the operational readiness of their new HQ, 70-storey building.
Play a critical role alongside the execution team to deliver the various FM consultancy tasks:

1. Operational design reviews inc. workshops with design consultants
2. Define spatial requirements
3. Conduct client stakeholders interviews and report on outcomes
4. Interpret the design to define FM requirements
5. Propose and assess FM operating models inc. SWOT analysis, defining operating model evaluation criteria, scoring matrix etc.
6. Update workplan based on deliverables timelines and align with billing schedule
7. Write up strategy reports under the guidance of the senior consultant
