Job Description:

We are looking for a talented and motivated (Technician - Production) to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a key role in assisting with the areas of production process change and modifications to existing systems where appropriate. This position offers an exciting opportunity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct all types of assembly work to produce a semi-finished or final product.
• Responsible for correctly using machinery, equipment, power tools, and hand tools made available on the floor.
• Assist Production Engineer on production process.
• Responsible for production cycle.
• Liaise with Team/Project Leader to clarify objectives, areas of responsibility, and standards.
• Complete project deliverables according to agreed targets (time, quality).
• Create reports on a weekly and monthly basis.
• Acknowledge and follow the company safety and security policies and procedures.

Requirements:

• 3 years experience in an industrial environment. Manufacturing/Production Operations or equivalent.
• Able to read and interpret technical single line diagrams and instructions for assembly of various electro-mechanical products (circuit breakers, relays, switchgear, and contactors).
• Previous experience in a switchgear factory.
• At least a diploma/associate degree.
