The opportunity

Contributing to test GIS components & modules into complete bays as part of routine tests activities through a lean & flow production line with utmost safety and maintaining safe and clean (5S) work environment in the line and to managing daily output or targets with safety.

How You’ll Make An Impact

• Fulfilling orders related work packages according to production data and instructions given by assigned foremen.
• Performing testing activities setup according to the prepared work instructions.
• Participating in routine test of GIS assembled units as well as the components and modules according to the prepared work instructions, drawings, checklists, guidelines and customer order data.
• Adequately handling factory equipment and tools, maintaining equipment and sustaining proper continuous calibration.
• Maintaining proper 5S and cleanliness in the line.
• Handling and maintaining tools in the proper way as expected for the line.
• Always being available or ready in line to help each testing activity to complete the test on time and with quality.
• Contributing actively to continuous improvement processes and Lean culture also for the daily output.
• Providing feedback, sharing ideas and observations whenever possible.
• Employee shall also carry out any tasks that are assigned by management necessary to fulfill the job requirements.

• A High school diploma in electrical is preferred.
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in GIS production facility (assembly & testing) is preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Reading and precise understanding of technical drawings and material lists.
• Excellent verbal & written communication skills and ability to interact professionally with a diverse group and be a team player.
• Understanding the lean concept & minimizing all related 7 wastes.
• Proficiency in both spoken & written English language is required.
