Production Supervisor

Responsibilities:

1. Manage all the production operations, Compounding, Filling, and Packaging of Antiseptic & Oral Liquid at solid and semi-solid areas.
2. Supervise production personnel in equipment setup and operation of critical production equipment and processes in accordance with cGMPs and SOPs.
3. Provide On-the-Job Training (OJT) to new operators/technicians on machines.
4. Assign tasks to the staff in their designated areas, ensuring that employees understand their duties and responsibilities and product batch record instructions.
5. Plan and organize materials to fulfill the monthly/weekly production plan according to the schedule in coordination with the production manager.
6. Review product batch records for accuracy of entries, compliance with established limits and specifications, and ensure all verification signatures are present before handing over documents to Quality department.
7. Monitor online and real-time document filling, including In-Process checks and entries in production log books.
8. Review and verify work instructions and department documentation.
9. Review processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and improvement.
10. Ensure that all production-related documents are up-to-date and bear valid review dates, including SOPs, BMR, and BPR.
11. Initiate maintenance work orders to ensure a clean, safe, and effective work environment, ensuring compliance with the preventive maintenance program.
12. Review the performance of machine operators and technicians and identify training needs.
13. Raise issues such as deviations and equipment failures to identify causes and corrective actions.
14. Report any accidents/incidents during duty to superior officers in accordance with standard protocols.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

Must have a B. Pharma degree with a minimum of 5 years of experience as a Production Supervisor.
