• Responsible for the overall production process by planning, directing and coordinating the manufacturing of products in compliance with agreed company goals on quantity, quality, costs and safety.
• Managing a team of Shift Managers and Team Leaders.
• Providing leadership for the logistics, materials, supply chain and planning functions within the manufacturing site.
• Maximizing the efficiency of production lines and ensuring the effective employment utilization.
• Continuously improving on technology and manufacturing processes and further implementing a mentality of continuous improvement.
• Reporting to the Operations Manager.

DAS BRINGEN SIE MIT

• BSc or MSc degree in Food Technology, Dairy Technology or similar.
• Relevant track record and work experience in food or dairy manufacturing, preferably in a FMCG company.
• Knowledge of industry best in class standards and continuous improvement processes.
• High level leadership, decision making and training skills.
• Comfortable working and living in an international multicultural environment.
• Personal skills: high performance drive, flexible, direct communication, decisive and result driven.
