Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and results-oriented Production Manager to oversee and enhance the production processes within our food and pastry manufacturing unit. The ideal candidate will leverage their 5-8 years of industry experience to ensure high-quality production, streamline operations, and collaborate with sales teams to meet and exceed customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Production Oversight:
  • Plan, organize, and oversee daily production activities to ensure timely delivery of high-quality pastry products.
  • Monitor production lines to ensure adherence to food safety standards and quality control protocols.
• Operational Efficiency:
  • Identify and implement strategies to optimize production costs and reduce waste.
  • Maintain and improve production schedules to meet market demands.
• Team Leadership:
  • Supervise, train, and motivate production staff to achieve performance goals.
  • Foster a culture of safety, efficiency, and collaboration among team members.
• Collaboration with Sales:
  • Partner with the sales team to align production output with customer needs and market trends.
  • Provide insights into production capacity to support sales forecasting and planning.
• Continuous Improvement:
  • Introduce innovative techniques and machinery to enhance production processes.
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and develop action plans for improvement.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Food Technology, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• 5-8 years of experience in production management within the food and pastry industry.
• Proven ability to increase production efficiency while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Strong knowledge of HACCP and food safety regulations.
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in production management software and tools.
