Production Manager

As a family-owned company with deep roots dating back to 1990, we initially established ourselves as importers of Sealy and Crown Jewels products. Our commitment to quality led us to build a state-of-the-art production facility in Jeddah in 1999, allowing us to dramatically enhance our operations and product offerings. In this role, you will be pivotal in overseeing the production process, ensuring manufacturing excellence in line with Sealy's high standards. Responsibilities

• Oversee daily production operations to ensure efficient and timely manufacture of bedding products.
• Implement production plans and schedules to optimize utilization of resources and meet demand.
• Maintain quality control standards in accordance with Sealy's specifications and industry regulations.
• Lead and mentor production team members to encourage a culture of continuous improvement.
• Develop and maintain production records and reports for tracking efficiency and performance metrics.
• Collaborate with supply chain and logistics teams to ensure timely availability of raw materials and finished products.
• Identify and troubleshoot production issues, implementing solutions to minimize downtime and improve operations.
