Thriftplan is a fast-growing fintech startup redefining the way companies in the Middle East offer savings and benefit plans. We provide a 3-pillar approach: Consultancy, Technology, and Education to help employers design and manage workplace savings, end-of-service provisions, and long-term incentive plans (LTI/STI) through an automated platform. Our goal is to become the go-to partner for total rewards and savings programs in the region.

We are now looking for a Product Owner to drive the development and delivery of innovative product modules that support our mission to simplify savings and benefits.

What You'll Be Doing

As a Product Owner at Thriftplan, you will be the voice of the customer and the bridge between business strategy and technology. Your role would include:

• Own and prioritize the product backlog across multiple modules (employee app, employer portal, rewards, robo-advisory)
• Plan, document, and manage the development of new features and regulatory workflows
• Coordinate day-to-day execution with our dedicated offshore development team
• Collaborate closely with our QA, design, and client-facing teams
• Support whitelabel deployments with banks and other third-party integrations
• Attend key client meetings and track deliverables for internal and external stakeholders
• Report directly to the CEO, transitioning later to the CTO

What We're Looking For

• 4-7 years experience in product management or product ownership
• Proven ability to manage offshore or distributed development teams
• Strong B2B SaaS background, ideally with fintech exposure
• Familiarity with regulatory workflows and compliance-sensitive environments
• Technical fluency; you don't need to code, but you can speak dev
• Excellent documentation, communication, and presentation skills (English a must, Arabic is a plus)
• Experience in HR tech or benefits platforms is a bonus
