Responsibilities and Duties:
• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing campaigns across digital platforms, including social media, email, and paid advertising, to drive lead generation and brand awareness.
• Manage and optimize digital channels to improve traffic, engagement, and lead conversion, ensuring campaigns meet performance metrics and KPIs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, design, and product, to align marketing efforts with business goals.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and ensure Suhail's offerings are positioned as market leaders.
• Manage social media programs, creating content, scheduling posts, and leveraging analytics to optimize performance.
• Oversee and track marketing budgets, ensuring cost-effective campaign execution and timely payments to vendors.
• Analyze campaign performance and data insights to optimize marketing strategies and improve future initiatives.
• Leverage CRM systems to manage and nurture leads, ensuring a smooth transition to sales and tracking customer journeys.
• Contribute to strategic planning by providing market insights and supporting long-term business growth.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's or Master's in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 6 to 8 years of experience in marketing and digital marketing roles.
• B2C marketing experience is mandatory.
• A background in the real estate industry is a plus.
• Proficiency in digital marketing strategies, including social media management, SEO, and content creation.
• Ability to analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competition to develop effective marketing campaigns.
• Strong communication skills to create compelling copy and engage with customers on various platforms.
