We’re currently working with an amazing client based in Riyadh, Saudi who have launched an innovation hub.

As a Product Manager, you will be at the forefront of building and scaling innovative products in a dynamic, startup-like environment. You will take full ownership of the product lifecycle, from ideation to launch and beyond, ensuring product-market fit (PMF) and driving sustainable growth.

This role demands a proactive, problem-solving mindset, the ability to navigate ambiguity, and a passion for bringing creative solutions to market.

Key Responsibilities

1. Oversee the complete product lifecycle, from ideation to post-launch optimization.
2. Identify and validate new market opportunities to ensure strong product-market alignment.
3. Design and implement data-driven growth strategies to enhance user acquisition and retention.
4. Utilize growth hacking techniques to scale customer adoption and engagement.
5. Craft and refine pricing and monetization approaches to drive revenue growth.
6. Proactively address roadblocks and deliver solutions to ensure project milestones are met.
7. Partner with UX/UI teams to deliver seamless, user-focused product experiences.
8. Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure timely and high-quality product delivery.
9. Operate effectively in an agile, fast-paced environment and manage shifting priorities.
10. Monitor key product metrics and use insights to drive continuous enhancements.
11. Foster alignment between technical, operational, and business teams to deliver outcomes.
12. Champion innovation and challenge conventional thinking in product development.
13. Adapt product strategies to meet the unique needs of the Saudi market.

Qualifications

1. 4-6 years of hands-on product management experience, ideally within SaaS, tech, or digital platforms.
2. Demonstrated success in bringing products from concept to market while achieving product-market fit.
3. Expertise in growth strategies, data analysis, and driving revenue-centric initiatives.
4. Experience collaborating with design teams to deliver compelling user experiences.
5. Self-starter with a proactive mindset who thrives in dynamic, high-ambiguity environments.
6. Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with a solutions-oriented approach.
7. Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
8. Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related fields; MBA or startup experience is advantageous.
