Job Purpose: Develop and implement different strategies to ensure the stabilization of the product. Execute aggressive plans by working closely with sales to market new products. Identify potential customers and vendors and build strong relationships with them.
Job Responsibilities:
- Vendor Relationship Management: Maintain cordial relationships with vendors, ensuring their objectives and strategies are aligned, providing business intelligence, negotiating win-win deals, and formulating returns processes that safeguard the interests of partners and the company.
- Driving Sales: Partner with the sales team to secure deals on specific products for targeted customers, obtain competitive rates while maintaining margins, and strategize to capture a larger market share.
- Inventory Management: Plan inventory and sell-out, ensure stock availability for the sales team, hold optimum inventory without blocking cash flow, and manage slow-moving inventory effectively.
- Maintain the right product mix to balance margins and demand.
- Customer Relationship Management: Meet regularly with customers to understand market trends and support key accounts in events and sell-out strategies.
- Business Development: Identify, engage, and onboard prospective vendors/product lines, enter new markets with existing vendors, and stay updated on market trends and technologies.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with statutory and vendor requirements.
- Manage escalations or business issues.
Qualifications:
Work Experience: 8 – 10 Years
Functional Experience: 8+ Years
Educational Requirement: Graduate, MBA
