Job Summary:
Moteelz is looking for a dynamic and innovative Product Manager to manage the development, enhancement, and launch of its products and services. This role will involve working cross-functionally with sales, marketing, operations, and technology teams to define product strategies, improve user experience, and ensure that products meet the needs of our customers. The ideal candidate will have a strong product management background, particularly in the travel or hospitality industry, and the ability to translate customer needs into successful product offerings.
Key Responsibilities:
Product Strategy & Roadmap:
- Define and drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap based on market analysis, customer needs, and business goals.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer pain points, and competitive gaps to inform product decisions.
- Prioritize features and product enhancements based on business impact, feasibility, and customer feedback.
- Work closely with senior leadership to align product strategies with company objectives.
Product Development & Lifecycle Management:
- Lead the product lifecycle, from concept and design through development, launch, and optimization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and marketing, to develop and launch high-quality products on time and within budget.
- Continuously improve product offerings based on user feedback, performance metrics, and market changes.
- Define product specifications, requirements, and user stories to guide development teams.
Customer-Centric Approach & User Experience:
- Focus on user experience (UX) by ensuring products meet the needs and expectations of customers.
- Collaborate with the customer service and marketing teams to gather feedback and refine products to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Conduct user testing, gather qualitative and quantitative data, and analyze customer behavior to make informed decisions.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure products are effectively marketed and positioned in the market.
- Partner with operations teams to ensure seamless product implementation and delivery to customers.
- Align with the contracting team to ensure competitive pricing and service offerings in line with customer expectations.
Product Performance & Reporting:
- Monitor product performance through KPIs and data analytics, ensuring products meet customer expectations and deliver business value.
- Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on product performance, including metrics like customer satisfaction, adoption rates, and revenue impact.
- Identify opportunities for product expansion and new offerings based on customer insights and market trends.
Product Training & Support:
- Provide training and ongoing support to internal teams on product features, benefits, and use cases.
- Develop and deliver product training materials and documentation to enhance understanding across teams.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in product management, ideally in the travel, hospitality, or e-commerce industry.
- Strong understanding of product development processes, from ideation to launch and optimization.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Experience with agile product development methodologies and tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello).
- Strong communication, leadership, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Fluency in English and Arabic is preferred.
