About the Role:

We are looking for a Product Designer to create intuitive, user-friendly financial products. This role involves designing seamless digital experiences for banking applications, online payment solutions, and financial management tools.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Design user interfaces and experiences for web and mobile financial products.
2. Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to align design with business goals.
3. Conduct user research, usability testing, and data-driven improvements.
4. Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.
5. Ensure accessibility, security, and compliance with industry standards.
6. Stay updated on FinTech trends to enhance user engagement.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field.
2. 3+ years of experience in product or UX/UI design, preferably in FinTech or banking.
3. Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
4. Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and accessibility guidelines.
5. Experience in designing for mobile-first and responsive platforms.
6. Ability to work remotely and collaborate with distributed teams.
