Procurement Senior Specialist

OVERALL PURPOSE:
Detailed knowledge of the company’s applicable rules to Supply Chain Management and their importance to support the business.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Functional Responsibilities

1. Contribute to the development of supply chain strategy and manage related initiatives/projects.
2. Contribute to the development of supply chain policies, processes, and procedures and communicate them with related departments.
3. Establish annual departmental goals and objectives in coordination with corporate objectives.
4. Ensure effective and sustainable relationships are built and maintained with key suppliers/vendors.
5. Manage the development and maintenance of vendor lists and databases and vendor performance management processes.
6. Drive the development of RFPs according to business needs and lead their evaluation and contract terms negotiations.
7. Formulate and sign contracts with suppliers in coordination with relevant departments, including the legal affairs function.
8. Present the supply chain to NWC management and keep the management team informed about the issues that occurred and mitigation actions taken.
9. Ensure efficient supply chain process implementation.
10. Monitor daily tasks and monitor supplier’s performance according to set up rules and procedures.
11. Ensure operational activities across the Supply Chain Facilities to meet NWC's operational needs and documentation control standards.
12. Regularly update knowledge of the markets for certain products (suppliers, prices, trends, etc.)
13. Secure purchases in line with defined quality standards.
14. Negotiate and handle the contracts in a defined portfolio, Develop clear RFQs/RFIs in coordination with end users.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum Qualifications:
BA/BS in Business Administration or equivalent.

Minimum Experience:
+3 Years
