Procurement Manager Saudi Arabia

As a Procurement Manager Saudi Arabia, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end procurement activities, optimizing supplier relationships, and ensuring the best value for the business. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in strategic sourcing, contract negotiation, and vendor management, with a solid understanding of compliance and cost control practices.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Partnering

• Build strong partnerships with different stakeholders across KSA LOC.
• Represent procurement in the different senior local forums (LT, RMCB, etc.).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Finance, Legal, and Compliance to align procurement with business needs.
• Act as a trusted business partner to internal stakeholders, ensuring Procurement Strategies support their goals and operational needs.
• Serve as the primary Procurement point of contact for business leaders, offering guidance and support on procurement-related topics.
• Provide strategic advice on market trends, supplier capabilities, and risk mitigation to inform business decisions.

Suppliers & Contracts Management

• Manage sourcing, supplier selection, and contract negotiations to secure the best value while ensuring quality and compliance.
• Manage supplier risk and develop business continuity plans when required.
• Develop supplier strategy for KSA LOC.
• Conduct regular supplier performance evaluations.
• Establish strong strategic relationships with vendors for long-term partnership.
• Monitor contract lifecycle, ensuring timely renewals, amendments, or termination if needed.
• Stay updated on market trends, pricing fluctuations, and supplier innovation to inform strategic sourcing decisions.

Procurement Operations

• Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with GSK objectives & vision.
• Manage the end-to-end procurement process.
• Monitor and maintain different procurement systems.
• Drive cost reduction and value creation through strategic sourcing projects.
• Oversee procurement activities across indirect categories.
• Develop yearly procurement plans & targets for Saudi Arabia.
• Monitor and manage budgets, procurement KPIs, and cost-saving initiatives & targets.
• Support audits by ensuring proper documentation.
