Branch Purchasing Leader

Branch Purchasing Leader will oversee all purchasing activities related to non-ferrous scrap materials at the branch level. This role involves:

1. Developing and implementing procurement strategies that align with company goals.
2. Managing budgets for material procurement, ensuring cost-effectiveness.
3. Ensuring compliance with regulations and best practices in procurement.
4. Updating procurement databases and systems, ensuring accessibility.
5. Generating reports on procurement activities, including purchasing trends.
6. Managing the end-to-end procurement process, including purchase order creation.
7. Communicating with the procurement team regarding ongoing purchase requests.
8. Collaborating with project managers, engineers, and procurement teams to understand material needs.
9. Devising and using effective procurement and sourcing strategies.
10. Negotiating with suppliers to secure the best pricing, terms, and quality of goods and services.
