Job description

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Procurement and Contract Specialist to join our dynamic team at Centriq Medical Company, a leading medical company that operates a group of cosmetic clinics. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the procurement process, negotiating contracts, and ensuring compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements. This role requires a strong understanding of procurement strategies, contract management, and the ability to collaborate with various departments to support clinic operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Procurement Management:
  • Manage the procurement of medical supplies, equipment, and services for the cosmetic clinics.
  • Identify and source reliable suppliers/vendors, ensuring cost-efficiency and high-quality standards.
  • Negotiate terms and pricing with vendors to ensure optimal value for the company.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date procurement records and inventory tracking systems.
  • Coordinate the delivery and installation of goods, ensuring they meet operational needs and schedules.
  • Contract Management:
  • Draft, review, and manage contracts with suppliers, service providers, and other third parties.
  • Ensure that all contracts are legally sound and compliant with relevant regulations and company policies.
  • Collaborate with the legal department to address any contract disputes or issues.
  • Track and monitor contract timelines, renewals, and performance to ensure compliance and service delivery.
  • Vendor Relationship Management:
  • Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with suppliers and service providers.
  • Evaluate supplier performance and resolve any issues related to delivery, quality, or pricing.
  • Conduct regular market research to identify new suppliers and alternative products that may benefit the company.
  • Budgeting and Reporting:
  • Develop and manage procurement budgets for various departments within the clinics.
  • Prepare regular reports on procurement activities, cost savings, and contract compliance.
  • Provide recommendations for improving procurement processes and cost efficiency.
  • Compliance and Risk Management:
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements related to procurement and contracts in the medical and cosmetic industries.
  • Identify potential risks associated with suppliers, contracts, or procurement processes and implement mitigation strategies.

Skills

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Legal Studies, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (2+ years) in procurement, contract management, or a similar role, preferably in a medical or healthcare-related environment.
  • Strong knowledge of procurement strategies, contract law, and industry regulations.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), and experience with procurement software and tools.
