Responsible for implementing field geological tasks and following up and supervising the implementation of geological projects and contractor in accordance with Maaden standards and international standards for field geological works. Responsible for carrying out back office geological work, planning and implementing geological/mining geotechnical activities and subsequent analysis and presentation of geological geotechnical results so that they can be relied upon to provide geological and geotechnical hazard advice, guidance and support as an individual contributor or member of a small team. He has experience in analyzing geological geotechnical reports and participates in work programs and budget planning and budget control, and in solving geological problems and making decisions from professional geological experience and knowledge. This requires him to have sufficient planning and analytical skills and the ability to interpret sometimes complex data to reach optimal solutions.

Advanced understanding of health, safety and environmental risks and safe operating procedures in the office or field and supervision of geological contractors in the field.
Expertise in mining software, data management, and QAQC.
Writing and understanding geological reports and data, analyzing field geological data, and identifying potential geological risks for the mineral resource.
Leading and supervising field geological programs, as well as the contractor, ensuring that the programs are compatible with Maaden and international requirements.
Overseeing the development of drilling programs that add to the mineral resource, replenish ore reserve depletion, and identify possible near-mine targets.
Supervising and directing geo-technicians and drilling contractors in the performance of drilling programs.
Minimum Qualifications:
B.Sc. in one of the geo-sciences.
Minimum Experience:
10 years.
