Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Head of HR and Recruitment. The Head of HR and Recruitment will be responsible for overseeing recruitment processes, developing HR strategies, managing talent acquisition, and ensuring compliance with labor laws.

Qualifications

• Experience in HR management and recruitment
• Strong knowledge of HR practices and employment legislation
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to develop and implement HR strategies
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Experience in international recruitment is a plus
