Responsibilities


As part of the KSA sales team, the primary role of this position is to maximize sales volume, minimize stales, achieve distribution targets, implement agreed merchandising standards, collect accounts receivable, and maintain high levels of customer service. Operating procedures must be followed to ensure continuity of standards across the KSA. The Pre-seller will also provide the supervisor with the latest market information to develop sales opportunities. The Pre-seller will attend training courses designed to improve professionalism and customer service and complete a daily debriefing with the supervisor.


Principal Accountabilities:

  1. Sell the full range of products to an agreed list of customers, measured against previously agreed targets.
  2. Maintain customer service levels as approved by the supervisor.
  3. Carry out daily and weekly vehicle checks as per operating procedures.
  4. Supply ready-to-ship customer orders on time, including delivery arrangements.
  5. Maintain individual customer stock levels to minimize out-of-stock problems.
  6. Implement agreed in-store merchandising communicated by the supervisor.
  7. Advise the supervisor of any relevant competitor activity.
  8. Daily reconciliation of all cheques, cash & credit sales.

Qualifications

EXPERIENCE / COMPETENCIES REQUIRED:

  1. Diploma or bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
  2. 1 to 3 years’ experience in Sales & Account building.
  3. Communication skills.
  4. Negotiation skills.
  5. Conflict Management.
  6. Sales Planning.
  7. Basic accounting skills.
