The candidate will contribute to the continuous improvement of proposal processes, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and compliance with industry standards. This role requires a strategic and creative mindset, along with a strong understanding of the digital landscape and the ability to convey our value proposition effectively to diverse audiences.

Job Requirements:

• A Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years and up to 5 years of experience in pre-sales support, proposal development, or graphic design.
• Proficient in industry-standard design tools, including Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, and presentation software such as Microsoft PowerPoint and Keynote.
• Demonstrated experience in creating visually compelling presentations and proposals that effectively communicate technical concepts.
• Strong understanding of financial modeling and the ability to integrate financial data into visual formats.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a proven ability to articulate complex ideas in an accessible manner.
• Familiarity with digital transformation trends and solutions relevant to the public and private sectors in Saudi Arabia.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
• A strong eye for detail and consistency in design, along with a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
• Capacity for critical thinking and problem-solving as it relates to proposal development and stakeholder engagement.

Job Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with project teams to gather technical specifications and ensure the accurate representation of our offerings in proposals.
• Design and produce visually engaging proposal documents, presentations, and infographics that capture our value proposition.
• Assist in the drafting of content for financial and technical sections of proposals, ensuring clarity and alignment with client needs.
• Maintain and update a repository of proposal templates and graphic assets to enhance efficiency and cohesiveness in submissions.
• Engage in the review and refinement process of proposals to ensure compliance with client requirements and organizational standards.
• Liaise with marketing and sales teams to align proposal efforts with broader business development strategies.
• Stay abreast of industry standards and emerging trends in design software and digital solutions to ensure competitive positioning.
• Provide training and support to junior team members on proposal design and presentation techniques.
• Participate in client meetings and presentations as needed to support the sales process and clarify our proposed solutions.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of pre-sales processes and tools to enhance proposal effectiveness and efficiency.

Required Skills:

• Advanced proficiency in design software including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator) and presentation applications (PowerPoint, Keynote).
• Exceptional visual design skills with a focus on layout, typography, and color theory.
