About the Role:

We are looking for a highly skilled Presales Engineer with expertise in Networking, Low Current Systems, and Passive Cabling Infrastructure to join our team in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will play a key role in providing technical solutions, conducting site surveys, and designing tailored proposals that meet customer needs across various industries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements and propose the best networking and low current solutions.
• Prepare and deliver technical presentations for solutions including CCTV, Access Control, Fire Alarm Systems, Public Address Systems, IP Telephony, and Passive Cabling Infrastructure.
• Conduct site surveys and feasibility studies to assess client needs and ensure successful solution designs.
• Design and propose end-to-end networking solutions, including LAN/WAN, wireless networks, firewalls, and structured cabling systems (fiber optic and copper).
• Respond to RFPs with detailed technical proposals, solution diagrams, and Bill of Materials (BOM).
• Provide technical support during the presales process, assisting with product selection, system design, and vendor recommendations.
• Stay updated on the latest industry trends, products, and certifications from key vendors.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and technology partners.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in a presales or technical support role, focusing on networking, low systems, and passive cabling infrastructure.
• Strong knowledge of networking protocols, switching, routing, firewalls, and VoIP systems.
• Experience with low current systems such as CCTV, Access Control, Fire Alarm Systems, and IP Telephony.
• Knowledge of structured cabling solutions (fiber optic and copper) and data center cabling standards.
• Vendor certifications such as:
• Axis Certified Professional
• Cabling certifications are a plus.
• Proficiency in preparing technical proposals and conducting technical presentations.
• Strong communication skills in English (Arabic language skills are a plus).

Education:

• A Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Communications Engineering, or a related field is a plus.
• Candidates with strong relevant experience and certifications will be given priority.

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with the Saudi Arabian market and local regulatory standards.
• Experience in project-based solutions and systems integration.
• Knowledge of data center infrastructure and passive cabling systems.
• Vendor relationships with Avaya, Cisco, Axis, and Hikvision, etc.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
