Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Presales Engineer at OTC Operation and Technology Company. The Presales Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support, engaging in presales activities, sales integration, and ensuring security measures are met in the solutions offered by the company.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience in Etimad platform

• Addressing customer inquiries and technical challenges.
• Experience in the telecommunications industry
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
