Presales Engineer

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled Pre-Sales Engineer to join our team. This role involves working closely with the sales team to provide technical expertise and support throughout the sales process. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills and the ability to communicate complex concepts clearly to clients.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with sales representatives to understand customer needs and propose appropriate solutions.
2. Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations tailored to client requirements.
3. Prepare and deliver engaging technical documentation and RFP responses.
4. Assist in the design and integration of solutions to meet customer specifications.
5. Provide feedback on product development based on customer interactions and market trends.
6. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor.
7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies.
8. Support the sales team in closing deals by providing technical insights and addressing client concerns.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering Specializations:

1. Instrumentation and Control Engineering
2. Electrical Engineering
3. Electronics Engineering
4. Computer Science Engineering
5. Programming

• 3+ years of experience in a Pre-Sales Engineering or Technical Sales role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to convey technical information to non-technical audiences.
• Proven problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and sales methodologies.
