Planning Engineer

We are a GCC based specialist recruitment agency covering vacancies across Qatar, UAE, Saudi Arabia, and the rest of the Middle East and North Africa. Currently, our client in Saudi Arabia is recruiting for a Planning Engineer.

We are looking for a well-organized self-starter with great attention to detail to join our team. Day-to-day responsibilities include drawing up work schedules and budgets, delegating tasks, analyzing project specifications, and finding cost-effective ways to meet them, liaising with contractors and suppliers, managing resources, and communicating with surveyors, managers, and other engineers.

Main Responsibilities:

• Understanding project specifications and developing time schedules and budgets that meet them.
• Monitoring and tracking project progress and writing up reports.
• Attending and scheduling meetings as required.
• Understanding and meeting all contract requirements.
• Communicating with managers, supervisors, and the rest of the team.
• Ensuring all projects are completed on time and within budgets.

Skills

• Degree/Diploma in Engineering.
• 5 years of experience in planning and scheduling.
• Proficient in P6.
• Must have their own Iqama in Saudi Arabia to work with a main contractor in Umlujj.
