We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Planning Engineer to join our project management team. Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using project management software (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project) to track progress and resource allocation.
Analyze resource needs and availability to ensure optimal allocation and utilization across projects.
Regularly monitor project progress against the schedule, identifying any deviations and proposing corrective actions.
Prepare and present regular reports on project status, performance metrics, and potential risks to stakeholders.
Work closely with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to align project objectives and timelines.
Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impacts on project timelines.
Manage changes to the project scope, schedule, and costs, ensuring that all modifications are documented and communicated effectively.
Contribute to the development and enhancement of planning processes and tools to improve project delivery efficiency.
