Job Description:

Looking for an experienced QC Inspector in the field of Oil and Gas? Gulf Engineering House (GEH) has an exciting opportunity for qualified candidates to join our team for a prestigious project with Saudi Aramco. We are currently looking for individuals in various categories, including:

• Welding Inspector with valid certification in AWS or CSWIP
• Coating Inspector with valid certification in CSWIP-BGAS 2 or NACE LEVEL 2 (AMPP), or equivalent
• Electrical/Instrumentation Inspector
• Communication/Telecom Inspector
• HVAC Inspector
• Plumbing Inspector

Basic Function:

• Perform inspection services to verify the quality of EPC work during the course of the projects.

Scope:

• Monitor and/or perform quality activities at all stages of projects, ensuring compliance with all applicable requirements including SAUDI ARAMCO engineering requirements, standards, procedures, specifications, and project contract.
• Provide training to others as required.
• Perform inspections and tests to ensure compliance with SAUDI ARAMCO requirements and project specifications.
• Inspect material and equipment for compliance with handling, storage, and protection requirements.
• Monitor Contractor’s Quality systems and records for compliance.
• Review and evaluate Contractor’s Quality document submittals.
• Record and report on non-complying construction practices and materials.
• Write inspection reports and initiate Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) as needed.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• BS degree in Engineering in a respective inspection discipline with at least four (4) years of experience, or a two (2) year industrial/technical College Diploma plus a minimum of eight (8) years of relevant inspection experience.
• Thorough knowledge of applicable international standards.
• Full working knowledge of quality system standards and methods.
• Holds internationally recognized certifications in the discipline for which they are qualified.

All positions require:

• Experience with Saudi ARAMCO or hold Saudi ARAMCO approval is preferred.
• Successful completion of a computer-based test (CBT) is an advantage.
• A valid Saudi or UAE driving license.
• Availability to start work immediately.
