Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Pediatric Physical Therapist to lead our Physical Therapy Department. The ideal candidate will hold advanced certifications and demonstrate clinical excellence and leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
·Lead and supervise the pediatric physical therapy team.
·Provide high-level, hands-on therapy sessions to children.
·Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans.
·Train and mentor junior therapists.
·Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for holistic care planning.
Qualifications:
·PhD or Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from a recognized university.
·Minimum 8 years of experience, including 3+ years in a leadership or academic role.
·Advanced certifications preferred (e.g., NDT, Prechtl’s GMA, Schroth, Kinetic Control).
·Strong clinical background in treating children with neurodevelopmental conditions.
·Excellent communication, leadership, and team collaboration skills.
