We are looking for a Physical Security Pre-Sales Specialist who will be supporting and driving Ingram Micro’s physical security solutions in the Saudi Arabia market. Work alongside sales teams to design and customize physical security solutions that align with client requirements, considering factors like scalability, integration, and compliance. Provide pre-sales technical support, including demos, technical presentations, and customer consultations to showcase the value of our security solutions. Stay updated on the latest in physical security technology and offerings, with a focus on evolving customer requirements and industry standards. Coordinate with vendors and partners to ensure the solutions proposed are robust and up to date. Maintain strong connections with the partners, ensuring regularly meetings to foster the best relationships with key pre-sales engineers. Achieve quarterly revenue targets through successful solution design, partner enablement, and alignment with sales teams to close deals. Conduct training sessions for sales teams and clients, enhancing their understanding of physical security solutions.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as IT, Security, or Engineering. Experience in physical security pre-sales, security systems integration, or a related field. Knowledge of surveillance, access control, and related technologies is essential. Proficiency in designing and implementing physical security solutions; familiarity with relevant software and tools. Strong presentation and communication skills, with an ability to simplify complex technical concepts for varied audiences. Familiarity with Milestone, Axis, Pelco, Aviglon, ISS, VMS platforms, and security storage solutions with Dell, including parameter storage calculations. Experience working with CRM and ERP systems for activity tracking and reporting.
