The Job

• Experience in the operation, maintenance and design of the petrochemical and refining process of complex hydrocarbon based refining and petrochemical processing plant
• Driving the continuous improvement and optimization of processes to maximize safety, quality and productivity.
• Analyzing plant performance and proposing as well as implementing processes to improve the consistency of operations.
• Performing maintenance, overhaul and repair.
• Testing and validation of repair work to ensure quality.
• Overseeing all aspects of the daily operations of the plant to ensure it is running efficiently, safely and cost effectively.

The Profile

• You have at least 20 years experience including solid experience in a similar role within Industrial and Utilities.
• You possess excellent communication and influencing skills, are organised and able to multi-task effectively.
• You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments.
• You are adaptable and thrive in changing environments.
• You possess strong analytical skills and are comfortable dealing with numerical data.
• You are willing to undertake 0-30% travel.
