Pest control technician

The Pest Control Technician conducts inspections at clients' premises for potential pest infestations. He/She performs pest control tasks such as fogging, misting, and baiting. He/She ensures the safe operation of pest control equipment and the use of chemicals. He/She explains problems to clients and shares solutions with them. He/She is required to work outdoors at times and travels from place to place to conduct pest control activities.

Skills

1. Research areas of pest infestation and ways to deal with the problem.
2. Check places for pest infestation.
3. Prepare pest inspection reports.
4. Direct customers to correct housekeeping methods.
5. Be responsible for pest control equipment.
6. Inform customers about possible causes of pest infestation.
7. Take appropriate pest control measures to solve the problems found.
8. Use chemicals safely on affected areas.
9. Drive a car with an automatic and manual transmission.
10. Proficient in using computers and office applications.
11. Experience in Saudi Arabia or the Gulf regions.
12. Speak English and Arabic.
