Pest Control Technician

Job Responsibilities

1. Assess the needed tools, chemicals or other solutions using specific amounts and dosages.
2. Inspect client premises and report sightings along with pest infestations levels.
3. Identify the type of pest by inspecting their nests, droppings or other factors.
4. Identify the root cause of the problem along with all infestations’ conducive condition.
5. Follow instructions given by Operations Officers or FQA department.
6. Install pest control devices such as baits and traps. Spray, fog and apply dust chemical solutions, gases, and powders when deemed necessary.
7. Provide outstanding pest control services during treatment visits while adopting professional vocabulary and proper communication with clients.
8. Install pest control signs when deemed necessary.
9. Collect samples of newly encountered pest traces for identification and laboratory analysis.
10. Leave clients’ premises clean and without any damage after treatment completion.
11. Preserve Boecker Image (uniform, tools, equipment, pesticides, driving habits, professional, polite and responsible behavior).
12. Perform routine inspection and necessary preventive and corrective maintenance on assigned tools, equipment and vehicles. Report defects and repairs to concerned stakeholders.
13. Perform all tasks in conformance with Boecker safety and security standards.
14. Ensure the tools, equipment, materials and products are safely placed in vehicles.
15. Clean equipment and tools on daily basis at the end of the shift.
16. Perform any other assigned tasks specially supporting and replacing other technicians.
17. Maintain and protect all company’s property in excellent condition such as vehicles and other assigned assets (cell phones, handheld devices, etc.).
18. Keep detailed records of visits and actions taken by filling all requested forms and reports.
19. Report findings and problems encountered on clients’ premises accurately to concerned stakeholders.
