Job Description

JOB PURPOSE
To oversee the investments of EMKAN’s clients and study the market to identify/evaluate the best type of investment that will grow the client’s funds.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

1. Product management:
   Manage key stakeholders within the organization who have a direct impact on day-to-day portfolio activities. Review and ensure portfolio credit policies are aligned with business objectives in coordination with the Policy team.
   Ensures all customer issue resolutions are within TAT resulting in higher customer satisfaction.
2. Follow up:
   Ensures end-to-end process compliance by engaging with various stakeholders like Operations, Customer Service, and Sales. Raising and following up on technical issues to enhance sales percentages and product experience.
3. Policies, Processes & Procedures:
   Align the rules and regulations for all partners, ensuring the implementation of policies with all partners, and full adherence to cybersecurity policies, processes, standards, and regulations. Ensure compliance with governance, audit, risk, and compliance matters.

Qualifications, Experience, & Skills

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or any related field.

Experience:
0-2 years in Sales or Customer Services.

Knowledge and Skills:
General knowledge of the products or financing sector, Microsoft Office applications, excellent communication skills, well-organized, strong analytical skills, and strong problem-solving ability.
