What you'll do

Deliver high-value, complex opportunities as a Management Consultant. Work on high-profile situations, collaborating with owners, boards, and CEOs to solve complex challenges.

Our practice works with healthy, under-performing, and distressed companies, using expertise to build measurable outcomes for clients. Analyze corporate performance, drive cost reductions, and improve revenue and profitability.

What you'll need

• Eight to ten years of experience, preferably with a mix of consulting and industry in KSA. Consulting experience is required.
• Experience in business-critical topics like cost optimization, working capital management, and operations improvement.
• A track record of delivering quality work products and taking responsibility for multiple areas.
• Degree(s) in Business, Finance, Engineering (or equivalent) preferred.
• Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Advanced written communication skills and proficiency with Microsoft applications.
• Fluency in English and Arabic is required; other languages are a plus.
• Strong relationship management and team-working skills.
• High energy, flexible, and adaptable, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to travel extensively and work outside normal business hours as needed.
