People & Culture Business Partner (HR Director)

A well-established Pharmaceutical company is looking for a People & Culture Business Partner, equivalent to HR Director based in SAUDI. You will be:

  • Leading with Agility: Act as a forward-thinking leader with a strong focus on people and culture, driving strategic initiatives and ensuring they align with our ambitious goals.
  • Coach and Empower: Provide expert coaching to country leadership and teams, helping them navigate challenges and excel in their roles.
  • Strategize and Innovate: Develop and implement the Country P&C strategy in collaboration with various chapters and stakeholders, shaping the future of Roche KSA.
  • Shape Culture: Advocate for our culture and people as our greatest asset, ensuring that these values are reflected throughout the organization.
  • Network and Inspire: Leverage a strong network of P&C colleagues across EMEA and globally to share expertise, find solutions, and gain inspiration.
  • Unlock Potential: Facilitate honest, authentic dialogues that unlock the full potential of our people, fostering engagement and development at all levels.
  • Translate Vision: Turn the business and P&C vision into actionable projects and initiatives, creating and leading teams to achieve our objectives.
  • Diagnose and Intervene: Identify and address P&C needs, focusing on retention, change leadership, employee engagement, and leadership development.

  • Experienced Professional: You hold a University Degree and bring substantial HR/P&C experience from an international business environment, with a background in leading HR teams.
