We are in search of a skilled and passionate Pastry Chef to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. As a Pastry Chef, you will be responsible for creating and preparing a variety of desserts, pastries, and baked goods for our restaurant. Our ideal candidate should have excellent knowledge of pastry techniques and ingredients, as well as the ability to create visually appealing and delicious treats.

Responsibilities:

1. Create and prepare a wide range of desserts, pastries, and baked goods.
2. Develop new recipes and menu items.
3. Ensure all products are made with high-quality ingredients.
4. Maintain inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
5. Oversee the work of junior pastry chefs and kitchen staff.
6. Train new staff members on pastry techniques and standards.
7. Follow food safety and sanitation standards at all times.

Requirements:

1. Proven experience as a Pastry Chef or similar role.
2. Knowledge of various pastry techniques and ingredients.
3. Ability to create visually appealing desserts that taste delicious.
4. Excellent time management skills.
5. Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
6. Strong leadership skills to oversee junior pastry chefs and kitchen staff.
7. Egyptian nationality preferred due to visa requirements.

Salary: The salary for this position is $1600 per month. Other benefits such as accommodation, transportation, healthcare, and annual leave will also be provided.
