We are a luxury hotel in the bustling city of Medina and we are seeking an experienced Executive Pastry Chef to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating delicious and visually appealing pastries, as well as strong leadership skills to manage and train our team of pastry chefs.
Responsibilities:
Create new and innovative pastry dishes for our restaurant
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the pastry kitchen
Train and mentor junior pastry chefs
Ensure high quality standards are met for all pastries served
Manage inventory and ordering of supplies
Collaborate with other departments to create dessert menus for special events
Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years experience as a pastry chef in a high-end establishment
Culinary degree or equivalent experience
Strong knowledge of various pastry techniques and ingredients
Experience managing a team
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure gracefully
Creativity and attention to detail
Fluent in English (Arabic or French is a plus)
Salary: 1600$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
