What you'll be doing

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Ensure regular engagement with partners to maintain strong relationships and mutual value.
  2. Expand third-party collaborations to increase customer access.
  3. Monitor and report on third-party partner performance and guest feedback.
  4. Develop and manage strategic partnerships to enhance lounge offerings and revenue streams.
  5. Negotiate and finalize agreements with banks, financial institutes, and other entities for loyalty programs.
  6. Manage supply side partner such as 3PL.
  7. Onboard possible brand partnerships as part of ancillary initiatives.
  8. Drive the Smart Traveler subscriptions through customized loyalty programs.

Qualifications

  1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  2. 5+ years of sales experience.
  3. Proven history meeting or exceeding quota and closing sales.
