Overview of the role:


Responsible for managing and developing the relationship with our counterparties in motors as per the assigned dealer by connecting with key business executives and stakeholders. He/She will liaise between Tamwily and motors and cross-functional internal teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of initiatives and solutions according to the business requirements.


What you will do:


  1. Operate as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to your customers.
  2. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships.
  3. Develop a trusted advisor relationship with key accounts, customer stakeholders, and executive sponsors.
  4. Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
  5. Communicate clearly the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.
  6. Forecast and track key account metrics.
  7. Identify and grow opportunities within territory and collaborate with sales teams to ensure growth attainment.
  8. Assist with high severity requests or issue escalations as needed.

Required Skills to be successful:


  1. Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level.
  2. Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs.
  3. Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail.
  4. Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  5. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  6. BA/BS degree or equivalent.
