Overview:

We are looking for a passionate and driven Participation Manager to join our team and help expand sports participation across the region, with a strong focus on empowering female athletes and fostering an inclusive sporting culture.

This is an exciting and impactful role that offers a unique opportunity to inspire and enable the next generation of sporting talent in the Eastern Province. You will have the chance to shape participation programs, collaborate with key stakeholders, and drive real change in the local sports scene.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop a participation strategy that supports the club’s mission to grow sports within the club and the wider community.
• Lead targeted programs aimed at increasing female participation in sports and expanding the Al-Qadsiah family.
• Collaborate with key partners and stakeholders to create and promote new programs and events that align with our participation objectives.
• Support the execution of national and international events hosted by Al-Qadsiah Club.
• Work closely with the Al-Qadsiah Media Team to maximize outreach and awareness of club sports, activation programs, and events.
• Conduct a critical review of the club’s sports membership program to identify new opportunities for growth and engagement.

Qualifications & Experience:

• A relevant undergraduate degree or equivalent experience in Sport Development or Event Management.
• A minimum of five years’ experience in a senior role, ideally within sport development or physical education.

Knowledge & Skills:

• Exceptional presentation, communication, and influencing skills.
• A strong collaborative leader with the ability to connect different work areas, programs, and people to drive successful outcomes.
• Proven ability to build and maintain effective partnerships, both internally and externally.
• An in-depth understanding of the role events play in the growth and development of sports participation.
• A positive and adaptable attitude, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Arabic and English is desirable.

Ways of Working:

• This is a full-time role based in Al Khobar.
