Responsibilities:

• Identify areas for improvement within 50 organizational processes, and enhance efficiency and productivity.
• Create and implement 50 policies that promote organizational excellence. This includes drafting guidelines to ensure consistency in process management and adherence to industry standards.
• Ensure that all policies and processes comply with legal requirements and governance standards. This includes regular audits and updates to policies as necessary.
• Develop policies and processes to mitigate risks within the organization. This includes identifying potential risks, assessing their impact, and implementing control measures.
• Provide 5 training workshops to employees on new policies and processes to ensure understanding and compliance.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred) in Strategy, Business Administration, or related fields.
• 5+ years of experience in strategic consulting or process optimization.
• Expertise in governance and risk management.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
