Organization Development Expert - SPV335
Job Description
Develop and update SPL’s operating model, organization structure, and functional mandates in line with the strategies and work procedures of the organization’s functions according to the nature of their work. Ensure communication with the organization’s functions to discuss proposed amendments and improvements to the organization structure in order to ensure that the specific plans for the development of SPL’s structure are effectively implemented. Prepare job descriptions and job profiles that fulfill all necessary tasks and requirements in accordance with established principles and standards. Develop and design applicable strategies and plans for workforce planning by identifying gaps and anticipating future needs and requirements to ensure that the developed plans are comprehensive to bridge the gaps between the supply and demand of workforce. Conduct and review job evaluations to determine the value and size of the jobs. Support in developing and designing job families and career ladders in alignment with best practices. Develop the Human Capital policies and procedures manual to ensure proper documentation and governance. Execute and implement organization development changes in the system and make necessary adjustments and updates with high accuracy.
