Overview: A number of exciting opportunities have arisen for Aviation professionals within our clients' project team. We are seeking experienced ORAT specialists at Manager and Director levels to oversee the delivery and implementation of key Operations Projects and ORAT activities, ensuring alignment with the strategic objectives of the Airport Authority including Terminal rehabilitation and upgrades.

Key Responsibilities

ORAT & Operations Leadership

• Define, design, and lead Airport Operational Readiness (ORAT) programs.
• Develop and implement ORAT strategies, plans, and risk management.
• Manage stakeholder relationships and communications for ORAT and Operations.
• Oversee the successful close-out of large-scale airport projects.

Project Management

• Responsible for operations projects from inception to completion.
• Develop and execute project plans, timelines, and deliverables.
• Ensure alignment of ORAT/Operations with project schedules.

Strategic Direction

• Represent Operations in masterplan development and decision-making.
• Develop and implement operational concepts and strategies.

Essential Experience and Skills

• Extensive ORAT and operational project delivery experience in major international airports.
• Proven ability to deliver large-scale, complex airport projects.
• Strong strategic planning, risk management, and change management skills.
• Expert in project management methodologies and tools.
• In-depth understanding of airport operations and regulations.
• Proven leadership and team development capabilities.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.

Education & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent qualification.
• PMP, PgMP, or other recognised project management qualification is highly desirable.
