Job Description:

Responsibilities

  1. Lead requirements gathering sessions with stakeholders to define business needs and document functional requirements
  2. Analyze existing Oracle applications and processes to identify opportunities for enhancement and efficiency
  3. Design and implement solutions within Oracle E-Business Suite, ensuring alignment with best practices and business objectives
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful integration of Oracle solutions across various departments
  5. Develop and deliver training sessions and user documentation to facilitate system adoption
  6. Monitor system performance and user feedback to continuously improve application efficiency and effectiveness
  7. Act as a liaison between business units and technical teams, ensuring clear communication and understanding of requirements

Required and Preferred Qualifications

Required:

  1. Experience as a Business Analyst, with a strong focus on Oracle HRMS application
  2. Proven track record of successfully managing Oracle E-Business Suite implementations and upgrades
  3. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret business needs and translate them into technical specifications
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging with stakeholders at all levels

Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies

  1. In-depth knowledge of Oracle E-Business Suite modules, including HRMS and Financials.
