Job description

Job Description:
We are looking for experienced Oracle Fusion Consultants across three key domains: Finance OR Human Resources (HR), OR Supply Chain. The ideal candidates will have a strong background in Oracle Fusion applications, with hands-on experience in implementation, customization, and support.

Key Responsibilities:

For Finance Consultant:

  • Implement and support Oracle Fusion Financial modules (GL, AP, AR, FA, CM).
  • Conduct gap analysis and provide solutions aligned with business needs.
  • Perform configurations, testing, and support for financial systems.

For HR Consultant:

  • Implement and maintain Oracle HCM Cloud modules (Core HR, Payroll, Talent Management).
  • Work closely with HR teams to understand requirements and deliver customized solutions.
  • Support post-go-live activities and upgrades.

For Supply Chain Consultant:

  • Collaborate with supply chain teams to enhance workflow efficiency.
  • Ensure integration with other modules and troubleshoot any issues.
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in Oracle Fusion implementations and support.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
  • Prior experience in the Saudi market is a plus.
