Oracle Functional Consultant

We are seeking a knowledgeable Oracle EBS SCM Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Oracle E-Business Suite, specifically in Supply Chain Management. This role involves collaborating with clients to optimize their supply chain processes and implement effective solutions. Key Responsibilities:

1. SCM Implementation: Lead the implementation of Oracle EBS Supply Chain Management modules, ensuring alignment with client requirements and best practices.
2. Process Optimization: Analyze existing supply chain processes and identify opportunities for improvement to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
3. Requirements Gathering: Work closely with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, translating them into functional specifications for development.
4. System Configuration: Configure and customize Oracle EBS SCM modules (e.g., Inventory, Order Management, Purchasing, and Advanced Supply Chain Planning) to meet business needs.
5. Training and Support: Provide training and support to end-users on Oracle EBS SCM functionalities, ensuring effective utilization of the system.
6. Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve issues related to SCM processes and Oracle EBS applications, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
7. Documentation: Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including process maps, user guides, and training materials.
8. Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams, including IT, finance, and operations, to ensure successful project delivery and integration.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in Oracle EBS SCM consulting or implementation.
3. Strong knowledge of Oracle E-Business Suite Supply Chain Management modules and best practices.
4. Proficiency in SQL and PL/SQL, with experience in reporting tools like Oracle Reports and BI Publisher.
5. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex requirements into actionable solutions.
6. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and stakeholders.
7. Relevant certifications in Oracle EBS SCM or related fields are desirable.
