Job description

We are looking for Oracle FI, Procurement, HCM Consultant

Work experience: 5 Years

Work location: Saudi Arabia

Project duration: 12 months

Implementation & Configuration of Oracle Financials Modules:

  1. Lead the implementation and configuration of Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) or Oracle Cloud Financials applications, focusing on core financial modules such as General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Fixed Assets (FA), Cash Management (CM), and Treasury.
  2. Design and configure Oracle Finance modules according to best practices, ensuring that the solution is scalable, efficient, and fully meets the business' financial processes.
  3. Document detailed design specifications, process flows, and configurations to ensure the successful deployment of Oracle Financials solutions.

Required Skills and Experience:

  1. Experience: Minimum 8 years of experience in Oracle Financials implementations, upgrades, and support, with a deep understanding of Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) and Oracle Cloud Financials.
  2. Core Financial Modules: Extensive hands-on experience with General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Fixed Assets (FA), Cash Management (CM), Treasury, and Intercompany.
  3. Oracle EBS / Cloud: Strong expertise in Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS 12.x), particularly in the Financials suite.
  4. Solid experience with Oracle Cloud Financials (Fusion), including implementations and ongoing support.
  5. SQL & PL/SQL: Strong ability to write complex SQL queries and develop PL/SQL scripts for customizations, data migration, and reporting.
  6. Data Migration & Integration: Experience in data migration (ETL processes) from legacy systems to Oracle Financials and integration with other enterprise systems.

Oracle HR Required Skills and Experience:

  1. Experience: 8+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle HRMS (EBS) and/or Oracle HCM Cloud (Fusion), specifically in implementation, configuration, and support of HR applications.
  2. Oracle HR Modules: Strong knowledge of key Oracle HCM modules including Core HR, Payroll, Self-Service HR, Talent Management, Learning Management, Absence Management, and Compensation Management.
  3. Expertise in HR business processes, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and compensation planning.
  4. Familiarity with Oracle Cloud HCM and its advanced features like Talent Review, Oracle Social Sourcing, and AI-based Recruiting.

Oracle HRMS / Oracle HCM Cloud Implementation & Configuration:

  1. Lead the implementation and configuration of Oracle HRMS (E-Business Suite) or Oracle HCM Cloud (Fusion) modules, including Core HR, Payroll, Self-Service HR, Talent Management, Learning and Development, Time & Labor, Absence Management, Compensation, and Benefits.
  2. Conduct detailed business requirement analysis, collaborating with HR teams to understand their processes and tailor Oracle HR solutions to meet those needs.
  3. Configure HR modules to support business processes, aligning them with best practices while ensuring system optimization.
  4. Implement role-based security, workflow configurations, and approval hierarchies to ensure compliance and seamless processes.

Oracle Procurement Implementation & Configuration:

  1. Lead the implementation, configuration, and deployment of Oracle Procurement modules, including Purchasing, iProcurement, Sourcing, Supplier Portal, Procurement Contracts, and Self-Service Procurement.
  2. Work closely with business stakeholders to gather detailed requirements, map business processes, and design solutions in Oracle Procurement to ensure alignment with organizational needs.
  3. Configure procurement modules based on business requirements, ensuring system optimization for purchase requisitions, purchase orders, suppliers, and invoice management.
  4. Conduct workshops and meetings with stakeholders to define system requirements, processes, and reporting needs, ensuring the solution aligns with industry best practices.

Training & Knowledge Transfer:

  1. Develop and deliver training materials for end-users and key stakeholders on Oracle Procurement modules, ensuring they understand how to use the system effectively for procurement tasks.
  2. Provide hands-on training to procurement teams on self-service procurement, supplier management, and contract management features.
  3. Lead knowledge transfer sessions to ensure clients can manage and maintain Oracle Procurement independently after project completion.

Required Skills and Experience:

  1. Experience: Minimum 8 years of hands-on experience working with Oracle Procurement modules (Oracle Procurement Cloud or Oracle E-Business Suite), including Purchasing, iProcurement, Sourcing, Supplier Portal, and Procurement Contracts.
  2. Core Procurement Modules: Expertise in procurement processes such as purchase requisitions, purchase orders, supplier management, procurement contracts, inventory management, and invoice processing.
