KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES & PERFORMANCE INDICATORS

1. Problem identification and provide solution of daily activities.
2. Correction of user’s mistakes.
3. Ensure the required functionality is available for use by users.
4. Bug Fixing
5. Suggest the script to be executed or patch that needs to be applied.
6. Consult with Metalink to find out the solution through TAR.
7. System testing after applying the patch.
8. Identification of issue and find out the reason.
9. Configuration of system for new features, which are not in use until now.
10. Provide the user training on the new enhancement.
11. Implementation and setup of new modules in existing implemented companies.
12. Implementation and setup of financial modules in newly established companies.
13. Provide training to new employees joining the company.
14. Providing training to existing users of other modules related to their work.
15. System configuration and functional testing in detail.
16. Preparation of UAT documents for user testing.
17. Provide training to users.
18. Organize sessions for user testing.
